Issue



While on the Symantec Endpoint Management Integration Component (SEPIC) dashboard, trying to deploy Altiris Agents and/or perform a Microsoft Active Directory (AD) Synchronization fails to work.


Solution



The SEPIC dashboard provides convenience links to the Symantec Management Platform's core abilities of deploying Altiris Agents and performing a Microsoft Active Directory Synchronization. These are the same as found under Settings > All Settings, and are not installed or controlled by the SEPIC product. If either of these are not working, please contact the core Symantec Management Platform Technical Support Team for technical support.
