Hotfix 1 for Barcode Solution 7.1 Service Pack 2

Problem
This hotfix fixes the following issues:
- Fixes Delta Sync not downloading all resources on second and later syncs, and concurrent syncs from different devices.
- Fixes Resource Uploads Resolve Conflict dialog reports crashes when attempting to view modified or new resources.
- Improves Sync performance.
Environment
Barcode Solution 7.1 SP2
Solution
Steps to install the hotfix:
- Download the attached "Symantec Barcode Solution 7.1 SP2 HF1.msi" file to a location on the SMP running Barcode Solution.
- Open a Command Prompt
- Execute 'iisreset /stop', without the single quotes
- Install the "Symantec Barcode Solution 7.1 SP2 HF1.msi" file
- Wait for the install to complete
- From within the command prompt execute 'iisreset /start', without the single quotes
