When using IE9 and clicking a page navigation button in the reports screen list twice, it returns an error.

The problem only occurs when using IE9 and clicking a page navigation button (either page numbers or the arrows) in the report list screen twice.


"Server Error: 404 - File or Directory not found"

The java script used by the web component isn't fully Internet Explorer 9 compatible.


This is a known behavior in ServiceDesk 7.1 SP1 and it has been resolved in SP2.

An updated ig_WebGrid.js file may resolve this problem, please contact the Symantec Enterprise Support to obtain this file.
