Problem
Mini Setup runs after SDR restore and is causing lockups or issue with the windows environment
Solution
Boot up with the SDR Disk
1. Go to a command prompt ( using Utilities Tab and Start Command Prompt option )
2. Run regedit.exe
3. Navagate to the following key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec\Backup Exec For Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\IDR\
4. Add the following registry value as a DWORD and set its value to zero.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Symantec\Backup Exec For Windows\Backup Exec\Engine\IDR\RunSetup
5. Now start the ‘Recover This Computer Wizard’ from the recovery tab and perform the recovery.
