Trying to create or run a host in pcAnywhere and get errors that this should be run as an administrator or that the User Account Controls (UAC) should be lowered

Possible errors:
"You do not have the necessary rights to run a pcAnywhere host as a service"
"pcAnywhere should be run as an administrator"
