KNOWN ISSUE: Page Menu order always changes in ProcessManager Portal

In ServiceDesk ProcessManager Portal, the sub-page sequences (found in the Pages List section of the Manage Pages portal) always change.
For example, if we create a new root page with sub-pages, whenever a new sub-page is created under that root page, the order will be changed.
Using the Move Up/Move Down button in the Manage Page screen has no effect.

Symantec is currently investigating this issue.
ProcessManager submenus are not orderable.
