Unable to install CCS Manager on a machine in the environment having CCS 11.0 installed on another server. In some cases while installing CCS Manager we get error message that Redist and SU folders are not present. Even if we copy the Redist and SU folder to the remote machine, we still get the same error.
For the installation of CCS Manager (on a remote machine) to complete without any errors there is no need to copy the entire installset. The following folders (from the installset) need to be copied to the remote machine where you want to install the CCS Manager :
- CCS Manager
'Tools' is the additional folder that is not mentioned in the error message and copying Tools folder over to the remote machine should take care of the error mentioned above.
