Beserver.exe is using up all available RAM(Memory) until the service is restarted in Backup Exec 2012

Problem
In Backup Exec 2012 it may be seen that the BEserver.exe process will consume all available system RAM and then start using the pagefile resources. This behavior will occur when no jobs are running and the Backup Exec application is idle. Restarting the Backup Exec services will allow the RAM to be temporarily reclaimed by the system.
