No computers are seen when using Organizational Views/Groups in Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS) 2011.

Problem
When using Organizational Views and Groups within the Symantec Management Platform (SMP) framework, no computers are seen via the 'Manage Tasks' page when selecting the organizational group within the Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS).
Figure 1 below shows an example of what is seen via the SMP organizational group view. Figure 2 shows what is listed in the 'Manage Tasks' section of SSR-MS when selecting the same organizational group.

Cause
This issue was introduced with Service Pack 2 for Symantec Management Platform (SMP) 7.1.
Solution
This issue is fixed in Symantec System Recovery Management Solution (SSR-MS) 2013.
