Problem
After increasing the buffer size setting on a Disk Storage Device in Backup Exec 2012 and restarting the service the Buffer size reverts back to default value of 64K. Figure 1

NOTE: Block Size is not affected. Changing the block size on the Disk Storage Location and restarting the Backup Exec service will not revert to the default setting of 1kb.
Using the Backup Exec 2012 BEMCLI interface to set the Buffer Size produced the same behavior. After the Backup Exec service are restarted the Buffer Size reverts back to 64k.
