Problem
Uninstall the database objects pertaining to Symantec Backup Exec™ Management Plug-in for Kaseya®.
Solution
If Symantec Backup Exec Management Plug-in for Kaseya recommends you to uninstall and clean the database objects, do the following:
1. Download the Uninstall_BE_Plugin_Script.sql file on the Kaseya database server.
2. Run the Uninstall_BE_Plugin_Script.sql file in the SQL Server Management studio on the Kaseya database server.
3. After running this script, ensure that the following message appears in the Messages tab.
“Uninstall of Symantec Backup Exec (TM) Management Plug-in for Kaseya (R) database objects completed successfully.”
