How to move the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Small Business Edition from one server to a new server with a different host name and IP Address.

The server hosting the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager Small Business Edition (SEPM SBE) is going to be decommissioned, or there is simply a need to host the SEPM SBE on a different server.
First make a backup of the SEPM SBE database. Follow the steps outlined below to perform this task. If a recent backup of the database already exists, move on to step 2.

2) After performing the above Disaster Recovery and logging into the New SEPM, any groups and policies that were previously created will be restored as well as the license file.
In case if the clients are listed as Offline, then the existing clients will need to be reconnected to the new SEPM.
