Error downloading from Mobile Library

You upload an app to the Moblile Library, including its icon and plist. The upload completes as expected but when you try to download the app, an error occurs and the download fails.
This error will occur when there is a space (instead of for instance, an alphanumeric character) at the beginning of the plist file. Remove the space at the beginning of the plist file and re-upload the app, icon, and plist.
Space in beginning of plist causes error downloading from mobile library.
