When backing up an Exchange 2007 server, the second backup may not contain the Microsoft Information Stores

After performing a backup of Exchange 2007 Information stores successfully and provides GRT selections for mailbox restores, the following backup (full incremental or differential) of the server may not detect the Exchange Information stores. No Exchange restore selections will be available for the following backup.
Resource \\<servername>\Microsoft Information Store\First Storage Group was found in the previous instance of this job, but it is not present in this job.
Resource \\<servername>\Microsoft Information Store\Second Storage Group was found in the previous instance of this job, but it is not present in this job.
