BUG REPORT: Unable to Set PGP BootGuard Bypass to More than 1 and/or unable to see bypass count

Problem
Users are unable to set the PGP BootGuard bypass to more than 1 and/or are unable to see remaining PGP BootGuard bypass count.
Error
Bypass will only occur once regardless of number selected with --count option when using:
pgpwde --add-bypass --count xEnvironment
This affects various version of PGP Desktop 10.0.x, 10.1.x, and 10.2.x
