Problem
Final error: 0xe00095b4 - Incremental\\Differential backup methods are not supported for this VM. The backup job failed, since the option 'to fall back to a full backup' was not selected.

Solution
Following are the requirements for incremental/differential backups of VMWare resources:
- Verify that the vStorage API is licensed on the ESX (ESXi) host.
- Incremental or differential backups for VMWare resources are possible only if the virtual machine is configured with hardware version 7.
- The backup job that uses the incremental or differential backup method needs to be in the same Policy based job as the full (or created using a Policy).
