Vmware backup fails with status 156

Problem
ESX server and Vcenter upgrade from 4.0 to 5.0
Vmware Virtual machine is exported from a 4.0 platform, and imported into a 5.0 platform, after which the backup failed.
If a new Vmware Virtual machine is created on a 5.0 Vcenter, the backup is successful

Solution
The display namewith vm include chinese on 4.0 platform,when import in 5.0 platform the vmdk file name was include chinese name.
delete chinese name with vmdk file name
