Problem
When generating a canned report, the pop-up window displays the following message: 'To help protect your security, your web browser blocked this site from downloading files to your computer. Click here for options...'.
If you click on error and select 'download file', the pop-up window remains blank.

Environment
Backup Exec 2012 Small Business Edition.
Solution
Option 1:
Save the report in .htm format, and the report will be visible when opening the saved file.
Option 2:
Go to Configuration and Settings | Backup Exec Settings | Reports | Report format and change to HTML. Figure 2
