Environment
Master : windows 2008 r2 sp1
Clients : Windows 2008 R2 sp1
Media server : Netbackup appliance 5220
Application : Exchange 2010 sp1
Netbackup : 7.5
Cause
While processing GRT data for Public Folder database on the Netbackup Appliance , netbackup appliance does not process public folders with 0 bytes or empty folders.
Solution
Add at least one item per public folder to make sure that the public folder is not empty
Run the backup again with the GRT option enabled.
Backup should run without any issues.
