Running a duplicate of an Incremental backup job from Tape to Disk fails with error "Incremental\\Differential backup methods are not supported for this VM"

Problem
Final error: 0xe00095b4 - Incremental\\Differential backup methods are not supported for this VM. The backup job failed, since the option 'to fall back to a full backup' was not selected. When running duplicate of Incremental from Tape to Disk
Solution
WORKAROUND:
Run Full and incremental backups to Disk Storage first and then Duplicate to Tapes.
This Issue is now fixed with Backup Exec 2012 Hotfix 199866
