The calendar view may not be showing any scheduled jobs in the graphical interface, process BEmgmtservice will also consume more and more memory until the UI is closed.
The problem happens when jobs are being scheduled to start on the first of the month passed midnight plus their GMT time difference. For example a job scheduled to start on the first of the month in GMT+1 time zone between 0:00 and 1:00am will generate the problem. Jobs starting before 0:00 or after 1:00 am are not affected.
In GMT+2 time zone, jobs starting between the 0:00 and 2:00 am will be affected, jobs starting before or after this time window will not and so on.
The current workaround is to re-schedule jobs such that they start outside the time window defined above. If the schedule jobs are unable to modify, it's need to drop existing database and reload from base using BEUtility.exe.
