Cannot Expand ROOT selections of an Ubuntu server.


Error



Browse failure - Failure to browse '[ROOT]'.


Environment



Ubuntu 10.04 ( Linux version 2.6.32-24-generic (buildd@yellow) (gcc version 4.4.3 (Ubuntu 4.4.3-4ubuntu5) ) #39-Ubuntu SMP  x86_64


Cause



RALUS debug log shows the following errors.

Solution



This issue occurs if the server is using Ext4 File system. This file system is currently not supported by Backup Exec.
