Custom Symantec System Recovery Disk creation fails in SSR2011 if SRD Disk CD is not inserted in advance

A custom Symantec System Recovery Disk creation fails in Symantec System Recovery 2011 if the System Recovery Disk CD is not inserted before clicking 'Create Custom Recovery Disk' on the Tools menu. If you click 'Create Custom Recovery Disk' before inserting the CD, the error window in Error section pops up when clicking Next button in the Symantec System Recovery Disk Creation page.
You would encounter this issue only when all the following conditions are met:
1. Only one CD/DVD drive exists on your computer
2. In the Source Location page, Select the drive as Symantec System Recovery Disk media location
3. Select the same drive to create Symantec System Recovery Disk on CD/DVD device in the Symantec System Recovery Disk Creation page
Insert the System Recovery Disk CD into the drive before clicking 'Create Custom Recovery Disk' on the Tools menu
If it does not work, save a copy of the custom SRD as an ISO file.
