Problem
The error "System.Exception: System.Exception: Slow the flow..." will be displayed in the NS logfiles permanently.

Environment
SMP 7.0.x
SMP 7.1.x
Cause
In SMP 7.0 there is a limitation of 700mb per AtrsHost service.
Limitation has been removed in 7.1 SP2 release. Yet this message still can appear if lots of agents/tasks are running at the same time.
Solution
This issue has been reported to Symantec Development team. A permanent fix will be provided with the upcoming SMP version 7.5.
For workaround it's required to reduce number of tasks/clients running on particular Task Server and restart Task Server services.
