The following NetBackup Appliances have the potential to be affected: 

• 5000
• 5020
• 5200

Note: NetBackup 5220 Appliances are not affected by this issue.

How to Determine if a 5000 or 5020 Appliance is Affected:
To check firmware version, log into the sysadmin account and issue these commands:

• admin
• su
• /opt/MegaRAID/MegaCli/MegaCli64 -adpallinfo -a0 | grep "FW Version"

How to Determine if a 5200 Appliance is Affected:
To check firmware version, log into the CLISH menu and issue these commands:

• -adpallinfo -a0 | grep "FW Version"
