An error is displayed when creating a Top Risk Detections Correlation report in the SEPM

Problem
When creating a Top Risk Detections Correlation report in the Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager (SEPM), an error is displayed instead of the report content.
Other reports, such as New Risk Detected in the Network, are working fine.
Error
The error may say "File or Directory Was Not Found" followed by "The requested file or directory could not be located."

Environment
Symantec Endpoint Protection version 11.x
Cause
Incorrect permissions are set on: C:\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\Reporting\Temp
Solution
1. Go to: C:\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Inetpub\Reporting\Temp
2. Go to Properties of Temp
3. Go to the tab Security
4. Give Full Access to Users group
5. Save changes

| Description | To identify other permission related issues, use Process Monitor to identify which account is using php-cgi.exe and have accesses denied on that particular folder.
