Problem
When opening an email in Outlook, the message is displayed as cipher text even though PGP Notifier confirms that the message is decrypted correctly.
Error
There are no error messages displayed and the log also does not show any error message.
Cause
This is caused by specific Active Directory policies.
"Prevent users from adding PST files to Outlook profiles..."
and
"Prevent users from adding new content to existing PST files"

Solution
There are two possible solutions for this issue.
1. Solution one is to change the policies in Active Directory.
2. Solution two involves adding an advanced pref called mailDisablePSTCacheStore (boolean) to "true". To add the pref to the policy you want to modify, go to General > Edit XML Preferences. There you select Set and enter the Pref Name "mailDisablePSTCacheStore", set the Type to "Boolean" and enter the value "true", then click Save.
