Reports from the "Jobs" category of Backup Exec 2012 report groups do not display data

When attempting to run a report in Backup Exec 2012 under the "Jobs" category of the built-in report groups, the report returns "There were no records that met all criteria requested".
There were no records that met all criteria requested.
This issue occurs after SP1 is installed for Backup Exec 2012. The scope of the issue is limited to reports from within the Graphical User Interface (GUI). Reports run from the Backup Exec Management Command Line Interface (BEMCLI) return proper results.
A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned in this article. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Documents at the end of this article to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
