Product Version : RMS 10.5.1
Operating System Version : Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise Edition (x64-64bit).
Cause
Required RPC Ports are not open.
Solution
Check if the following ports are open 135 (endpoint mapper port) also the RPC ports range (1024-5000).
