The email list for scheduled reports is not updating and displaying the email addresses correctly.

The email list used to select email addresses for scheduled reports is not being displayed correctly causing issues with navigation beyond the first page of results. This creates a difficulty for an administrator to select a user and email combination beyond the first default page returned by the request.

Bug in Cognos. The list does not update when not starting with the first result.
Changing the scope will result in the same user list
This is a defect within the Cognos Business Intelligence application and occurs at all times that the scope is defined within a listing.
The workaround is to list all available email addresses in the first page returned by increasing the scope to include the total number.
List users from the settings >> User Management page
and verify the Total Objects: 30 count
Note: an Administrator may be require to increase the table settings to display a number greater than the total to see everyone one one page. Use the icon and change it in the
|Table Settings - Users|
popup and then use that number as the high range in the user list for recipients or setting ownership.
For e.g. if customer has 30 users then enter 1 to 30 in entries section.
The user list will be all users and individuals may be selected from the list and added in to the distribution for the report being emailed by checking the box and clicking on the desired To, Cc or Bcc button.
Note: Incident report 75413 49R 000 has been filed with IBM for a permanent fix in a future version of Cognos.
