BUG REPORT: pgpxxxxxx files being created in the root directory by PGP Desktop

Files with the file names of pgpxxxxxx, where x is a random alfa-numeric, are being created on the root of the drive. These files can be created at regular intervals or just a few times a day. This is similar to an issue that was fixed in a previous version.
