Inventory jobs will continually fail when missing OST media is encountered.
Example - OST00000076-442976ED0A87A99D 0xe000e006
Final error: 0xe000e005 - The job has reported multiple errors.
Final error: 0xe000e006 - A backup storage read/write error has occurred.
Missing media has the following known root causes:
1. Failed Client-Side deduplication enabled backup, if the error is an 'Unknown error.'
2. Failed Server-Side deduplication enabled backup by some error. For example, network cable is disconnected.
3. Data Lifecycle Management deletes the image, and the create_image fails or doesn't run.
