Solution
We started supporting Mac OS X 10.8.0 (Mountain Lion) with Symantec Encryption Desktop 10.2.1 MP4. But newer updates of Mac OS X 10.8 require a newer version of Symantec Encryption Desktop for support. You can obtain the latest version of Symantec Encryption Desktop via fileconnect.symantec.com.

There is currently no available version of Symantec Endpoint Encryption for Mac OS X 10.8.
