OST to TAPE Direct Duplication is not working properly after upgrading to NetBackup 7.5.

Problem
OST to TAPE Direct Duplication is not working properly after upgrading to NetBackup 7.5.
Error
No errors are seen; the job details will simply show duplications going over the network rather than using Direct Copy to Tape.
Environment
NetBackup 7.5, 7.5.0.1 or 7.5.0.3 Quantum DXi configured as VTL with a physical library attached to use Path to Tape/NDMP Direct Copy.
Cause
Prior to 7.5, all optimization checks (optimization) or NDMP Direct Copy were done post SLP batching in bpduplicate. Logic added to nbstserv to do this check instead triggered this problem.
Solution
The formal resolution for this issue (Etrack 2719199) is included in the following release:
- NetBackup 7.5 Maintenance Release 4 (7.5.0.4)
