Trying to save iOS Payloads in the Mobile Management console show a database connection error (can be different error depending on the environment).

Symantec Mobile Management 7.1 - 7.2 MR1
User Account Control (UAC) enabled on the Management Platform server

UAC blocks certain communication that the Silverlight console pages need.

In the current versions, UAC needs to be disabled to access these console areas.

On the Symantec Management Platform server, open the Windows Control Panel, go to User Accounts, User Accounts (Control Panel\User Accounts\User Accounts) and select User Account Control Settings. Move the notify slider down to Never notify. You will be required to reboot the server before the settings are in effect.

Symantec is working on making this work with UAC enabled on future versions.
