Problem
This document describes the products that can be removed by the Security Software Removal feature in Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.2 and 12.1.3.

Supported languages
In most cases, all languages are supported. Where noted, only English language operating systems are supported. -
Supported platforms

Password-protected uninstall support
This field indicates whether the removal feature can remove software that is protected by a password. A value of “–” indicates that the product does not have a password-protection feature.

Uninstall during scan
This field indicates whether the removal feature will succeed if it is run while the security software is running a scan. A value of “–” indicates that the product does not run active scans. -
Uninstall during update
This field indicates whether the removal feature will succeed if it is run while the security software is updating content. A value of “–” indicates that the product does not run content updates.
