Problem
The following occurs when the vault store is set to remove items after a backup, the items have been backed up and the watchfile table updated, and the Sharepoint archiving task is run in report mode. The archived item will show in the report with a 'Status' = 'ReadyToBeRemoved'.
For example:
http://my.sym.local/personal/administrator/SYM/Test_3.docx V1.0 8/2/2012 8:44:57 PM 22074 Policy Office Files Rule ARCHIVE ReadyToBeRemoved
In this scenario 'ReadyToBeRemoved' is intended to mean that the item has been archived and it is waiting for the next archiving run so that the full item can be replaced with a seamless shortcut on the target Sharepoint site.
Additionally, if the vault store is set to 'Remove Items After Backup' and the item has not been backed up and updated in the watchfile table and the Sharepoint Archiving task is run in report mode the archived item will not be listed in the Sharepoint Archiving report. Once the item is backed up and the watchfile table is updated the report will then show the item as 'ReadyToBeRemoved'.
