Exchange GRT initialization message has truncated text

Problem
When restoring a individual mail message of Exchange server using GRT (Granular Recovery Technology), initialization message will be sent to the owner of the individual mail message. The message text is truncated as follows.
Current (incorrect) message:
Correct message:
In English edition, only the job name is truncated.
In another language edition, some words following the job name can be truncated.
