Preferred Servers option is not available on Backup Exec Central Administration Server

Problem
On a Central Administration Server (CAS) the option to set Preferred Servers under Backup Exec Icon –> Configuration & Settings is not available.
Environment
Backup Exec 2012 Central Administration Server
Solution
Workaround:
Preferred Servers can be set from the backup job.
1. In the backup job click on Edit button and go to Backup Options Window.
2. Go to Microsoft Exchange tab and click on Change button next to Preferred Servers List.
3. Click on New and configure the Preferred Servers.
