Prerequisites
- Administrative privileges are required to install this hotfix.
- Backup Exec 2010 R3 revision 5204 Service Pack 2 must be installed prior to installing this hotfix. (TECH178798)

Issue(s) resolved
- VMWare Agent Application GRT (Granular Restore Technology) backup of a guest Virtual Machine running Microsoft SQL Server 2008 fails with an error "0xe000fedf - A failure occurred reading an object" (TECH158431)
- Backup of a virtual machine (VM) that has Microsoft SQL Server installed on it does not show restore selections for the SQL instance when backed up to a tape device. (TECH177527)
- VMware Backup using Backup Exec fails with Unable to open a disk of the virtual machine causing RAWS (Remote Agent for Windows Systems) to crash. (TECH187706)
- Remote Agent service crash ocurs when VMware backup fails with 'V-79-57344-38264- Unable to copy the virtual machine disk using the VMware VixDiskLib' (TECH185904)
- Backup of a virtual machine using the Agent for VMware Virtual Infrastructure (AVVI) completes with the following exception when GRT is enabled: "Failed to mount one or more virtual disk images" (TECH179734)
- Beremote may terminate due to memory allocation error when getting backups using VMware Agent (AVVI) (TECH186045)
- beremote.exe intermittently crashes in msvcr80.dll when backing up VMware guest machine (TECH194463)
- After successfully duplicating a an Agent for VMware Virtual Infrastructure (AVVI) backup from tape to disk the restore selections for the duplicate will not show GRT selections (TECH183697)
