Problem
While running Physical to Virtual (P2V) conversion job with "Back Up to Disk and then Convert to Virtual Machine" job with encryption enabled it fails the conversion job with the following error

Environment
Small Business Server 2011 Standard
Solution
Workaround:
1. Run backup without encryption.
OR
2. Run "Back Up to Disk and Simultaneously Convert to Virtual Machine".
