You are unable to launch the installer for Mail Security for Domino

Problem
When you launch the .EXE file to install Mail Security for Domino, you get the error: "The version of this file is not compatible with the version of Windows you’re running. Check your computer’s system information to see whether you need an x86 (32-bit) or x64 (64-bit) version of the program, and then contact the software publisher"
Environment
Windows 2008 R2 Server
Cause
This is caused by a corrupted download.
Solution
Please redownload the product and run the new installer. You will want to verify that the file has the correct SHA1 value as listed in the FileConnect page.
