When changing a scheduled application or department search criteria, if the 'Sampling percent' field is configured as a whole number, it can not be changed to a fraction once the search has been saved.  The Search criteria will not accept the (.) to be entered in the field.

- Create a new scheduled search and enter the appropriate fraction before saving it.

- Set the "Search Schedule" field to 'None' to disabled the search with the incorrect sampling percentage.
