Problem
Although it was possible for PXE Server to BIND multiple IP addresses in DS6.*.
Servicing multiple NICs using one PXE server

It is not so in DS7.1* as stated in following KB article:
PXE Services are binding to the incorrect NIC on a Deployment Server with multiple NICs

One is able to use only one IP address at certain time in PXE Server of DS7.1.
Solution
Configure IP address, to which PXE server BINDS, so that clients can access PXE server.
