Getting following error, "Your license does not support Microsoft Exchange"

Problem
PGP Desktop displays the following error when attempting to encrypt an email:
Error
"Your license does not support Microsoft Exchange"
Cause
This error appears when using Outlook with a Microsoft Exchange account with PGP Desktop Home or PGP Whole Disk Encryption (PGP WDE). PGP Desktop Home does not provide support for Microsoft Exchange. If using PGP WDE, you must purchase/upgrade to a version of PGP Desktop which supports encrypting email .
Solution
This issue is resolved by using a version of PGP Desktop which supports email encryption with Microsoft Exchange. After purchasing or upgrading PGP Desktop, use the steps below to replace the license for PGP Desktop.
- Open PGP Desktop.
- Click Help and then select License.
- Select Change License.
- Enter the License information for PGP Desktop.
