Problem
Cannot add the Ricoh Multi Card Reader driver ("Ricoh R5C8xx / R5U24x Memory Card Drivers)" to the DriversDB
Affected driver: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/uk/en/ukbsdt1/DriverDetails/DriverFileFormats/Product/latitude-e6400?DriverId=J2D6G&FileId=2963497380&urlProductCode=False
Error
When you try to import the driver the following error occurs in the console:
Driver(s) addition failed. This has happened due to the following reason(s):(1)Copying of driver(s) failed.
Cause
When you try to import the 32-bit driver manually from the command line you will see that the drivermanager is trying to copy some files from the 64-bit driver, which do not exist in the 32-bit folder.
Solution
Copy all files from the 32 bit folder (83x32) and from the 64 bit folder (83x64) into a new folder e.g. "83_driver" and then import the driver from the new folder "83_driver".
