Single Android device has two sets of device information in the Resources list

You check the Mobile Management Device Management resource list under Manage Mobile Device and notice that one or more Android devices are listed twice.


This problem occurs when the same device connects to Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) through two different mechanisms. For instance, you can connect to EAS with the Nitrodesk TouchDown 2007 protocols, and also through the TouchDown/EAS protocols in Symantec Mobile Management.


To prevent the duplication of records, device owners should only configure TouchDown through Symantec Mobile Management.
