Unable to restore individual files and folders from a Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) enabled backup of a VMware guest machine if the backup set is duplicated to tape with hardware encryption. The 'Encryption Key Not Found' error window in the Error section pops up when selecting the hardware-encrypted backup set in the Restore Wizard.
A hotfix is now available for this issue in the current version(s) of the product(s) mentioned in this article. Refer to the Hotfix link under Related Documents at the end of this article to obtain the hotfix needed to resolve the issue.
