Restore job with VMware agent can fail when using Removable Cartridge Storage

Problem
A restore job with VMware agent would fail if all the following conditions were met.
- Backing up to Removable Cartridge Storage (e.g. RDX)
- Granular Recovery Technology (GRT) is enabled
- Incremental or differential backups are used
- Restoring a vm from the incremental or differential backup set
