Exchange ActiveSync policies are missing after upgrading Symantec Mobile Management

Problem
You upgrade to Symantec Mobile Management 7.2 SP1 and later find that the EAS policies are missing.
Cause
The config file, symantecEASService was replaced with a new version during the upgrade. This file contains the information about the EAS server.
Solution
Rerun the eas.bat batch file to restore the EAS server information.
